He asked them on Twitter if they\u2019d be interested in designing his game. At first, they thought it was a hoax.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt seemed like some sort of joke,\u201d recalls Ghislain de Pessemier, AKA \u201cGuiz,\u201d one of the four founders of Outerminds. But when they found out that PewDiePie\u2019s offer was genuine, they accepted without a moment\u2019s hesitation. Since they\u2019d just quit their jobs to pursue their dream of launching their own video game company, the offer was like winning the lottery. In 48 hours, the team received more than 25,000 responses. \u201cManaging a community of 50 million people sure keeps you busy. But it\u2019s a good way of replacing a team of testers \u2013 every time someone finds a bug, they post it on social media. And when I say someone, I\u2019m referring to several thousand people.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As soon as it was released on the iOS, Android, Amazon, and Steam platforms, \u201cLegend of the Brofist\u201d shot to the top among paying games.
